Terms Policy

1. General

By accessing waxtronmedicals.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Waxtron Medicals Ltd is a NAFDAC-registered medical device supplier registered in Nigeria (CAC).

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

3. Instalment Plans

Instalment plans are subject to approval. Equipment title remains with Waxtron Medicals until full payment is received. Late payments attract a 2% monthly surcharge after a 7-day grace period.

4. Service Contracts

Service contracts commence on the agreed start date and run for the contracted duration. Cancellation within 30 days of signing is subject to a 10% administration fee. Renewal is the customer's responsibility unless auto-renewal is selected.

5. Warranty

All equipment is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of installation. Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with, misused, or used outside specified operating conditions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
