The Abacus 5 delivers a full 26-parameter CBC with 5-part WBC differential using laser light scattering technology — the gold standard for accurate leucocyte classification. Designed for hospitals managing oncology, haematology referrals, and complex infectious disease presentations where a 3-part differential is insufficient.
Its automated reticulocyte analysis and flag system alert operators to abnormal samples requiring manual review, reducing errors and improving diagnostic confidence.

Does this equipment work with Nigerian power supply?
Yes. This equipment features a wide AC input range (100–240V, 50/60Hz), making it fully compatible with Nigerian power supply. We recommend pairing it with a quality voltage stabilizer (1.5–2 KVA) for optimal performance. Our engineers will advise on the right stabilizer during installation.
Is installation really free?
Yes, absolutely. Every equipment purchase from Waxtron Medicals includes free delivery to your facility, installation, commissioning, and operator training — all at no extra cost. Our biomedical engineer visits your site and stays until the equipment is fully operational and your staff are trained.
What warranty is included?
All equipment carries a 12-month comprehensive warranty from the date of installation. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use conditions. Warranty service is performed at your facility by Waxtron's biomedical engineers — you do not need to ship the equipment anywhere.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer 0% instalment plans for 3–6 months (minimum 30% deposit). For purchases above ₦5 million, we offer bank-backed financing for up to 24 months through our banking partners. Monthly payments for this product start from ₦700,000. Visit our Financing page or speak to our team for details.
Do you supply the reagents for this equipment?
Yes. We supply all compatible reagents, calibrators and controls. We recommend setting up a reagent supply agreement with Waxtron for scheduled deliveries and fixed pricing — ensuring you never experience stock-outs that disrupt lab operations.
How long does delivery take to my state?
FCT Abuja: 1–2 business days. Lagos/PH: 2–4 days. Northern states: 2–4 days. South East/South South: 3–5 days. Remote northern states: up to 7 days. Use the shipping calculator on this page for a specific estimate for your state.
What happens if the equipment breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us at +234 706 756 4166 immediately. Many issues can be resolved remotely. For hardware faults, our engineer will visit within 24–72 hours (Abuja) or 2–5 business days (other states). We carry common spare parts and maintain OEM parts stock for all equipment we sell.
